Lab Angels

The Lab Angels started their business in Dresden in early 2014. By then the main focus of the company was to offer interesting and easy to understand setup and application training in the designated software packages of different pipetting platforms. Over the following months the company got more and more involved in building custom solutions for application problems and thus in 2015 decided to start developing own hardware solutions.

With its strategy to offer a 2 year's warranty and after that in a service case to exchange busted devices completely, the company shows its belief in the quality of their own products and services.

Maintenance and QC of automated laboratory pipetting devices Inquiry

This consultancy is intended to show users how to take control of the maintenance routines for their purchased instrument. That includes setting up a manual maintenance program as well as establishing QC routines to constantly monitor the designated devices' pipetting performance on the basis of different measurement techniques.

Application analysis, formalization and realization with automation hardware Inquiry

This consultancy offers the customer to get their application being analyzed by a laboratory application specialist, which includes a formalization process in order to visualize the hardware and software needs for the desired functionality. If not purchased Lab Angels can help the customer with its extremely broad laboratory automation network to figure out the best providers for the specific tasks. If hardware already exists, Lab Angels can help the customer to use the given instruments to get the application up and running.

Currently Lab Angels works on further devices for standalone usage and integration into more complex laboratory automation systems.
